Your inbox, routed. Your agreements, remembered.

Routira is a calm email workspace for you and your team. It shows what needs you first, answers from your mail with the source, and works with the mailbox you already have.

Routira is in a private alpha, free while the alpha runs. We’re letting people in step by step.

Illustration: new mail flows into Routira and splits into its places: Open, a teammate, a project, a shared folder and Later.

  • Open: What needs you.
  • Later: Out of the way until you want it.
  • Theo Krüger: Assigned: Theo keeps it.
  • Contracts 2026: A folder your team shares.
  • Campaign launch 2026: Every mail about the project.

Know what needs you.

Routira reads each new conversation and gives it a priority, from urgent to low, with the reason in plain words. Open, Later and Done keep the rest out of your way.

What you do in Routira shows up in your other mail apps too, and the other way round.

A Routira inbox with six conversations in Open, each with its priority. Mark one Done or Later and it leaves Open; the counts in the sidebar follow.

Ask your mail. Get the source.

Ask what you agreed, what’s due or who said what. Routira answers from the mail you’re allowed to open, with numbered sources that lead to the exact message. If it isn’t in your mail, Routira says so.

How Routira uses AI

Jana asks what was agreed with customers for Campaign launch 2026. Routira answers from the mailboxes she can open, with five numbered sources: Solvik Bikes moved the launch, Halden Outdoor can go up to €48,000 including production, the final key visuals are promised, both shoots are booked at Studio Hafenkante, and one request isn’t agreed yet. Source 2 opens Anna Winter’s email with the sentence marked.

Routira finds what was agreed, promised and decided in your mail, quotes it word for word and links the message it came from. Every entry stays a suggestion until a person confirms it.
